Individual Sewing Lessons

Learn to Sew your way!

 

If you'd love to learn to sew, want to make friends with your sewing machine, have been dreaming of making your own clothes or bags, or just want to play with textiles and don't know where to start, one to one sewing tuition could be for you.  Individual lessons are also a great place to build your confidence before joining one of my lessons.

 

Everyone learns differently, individual sewing sessions are personalised to your needs and are all about nurturing your skills and confidence in a calm and relaxed way.  There's something for everyone, from complete beginners to more confident makers, one to one lessons are thoughtfully designed especially for you.

These lessons are led by you, on a call we discover what you'd really like to start with and I design a lesson plan just for you and your aspirations that's within your budget, this can be for a one off or regular lessons.  

 

Usually, people have an idea of what they want to learn and this gives you the opportunity to explore and fulfil your desired sewing goals the way you want to.  If you don't have an idea of where to start or what you'd like to learn I can provide a variety of inspirational ideas to help get you going!

 

Individual adult, young person or children's sewing lessons are catered for, as are parent and child lessons.  For small groups of 2 or more price is available on request.

Lessons can be held at my home studio or I can travel to you.  Use of sewing machines and equipment is free should you need it, fabric and haberdashery can be provided at an extra cost.
